Dr. Jess Schneider is the owner of Schneider Family Services and is deeply passionate about helping children and their families thrive in Sioux Falls, SD, and the surrounding areas. She holds a clinical doctorate degree (SLPD) focused on advanced clinical practice and expertise, having earned both her master's and bachelor's degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Dakota. Jess maintains the nationally recognized Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Jess is a dedicated literacy specialist trained as an associate-level provider of the evidence-based Orton-Gillingham approach for dyslexia and literacy instruction. Her commitment to the field extends to academia, as she currently educates future speech-language pathologists as a clinical supervisor and lecturer at the University of South Dakota. Furthermore, she is an active advocacy leader, serving as the current president of the South Dakota Speech-Language-Hearing Association, providing her with expert insight into navigating local school systems.

When she is not leading her practice or teaching, Jess values time with her husband, Tim, their two daughters, and their dogs. They enjoy family activities like camping and boating in Okoboji, reading, and exercising. Her strong personal family focus strengthens her commitment to ensuring your family feels supported and empowered both within the clinic and throughout the community.
